- Preparation of an initial draft agreement based upon the terms agreed upon by the parties;
- Submission of the draft agreement to you and the other party or their attorney for unlimited review and edits;
- Submission of final agreed-upon agreement to all parties for signature; and
- Forwarding of fully executed agreement to all parties.
